You are going to dream of coming back to your next acupuncture session, and you know why? because it doesn't hurt, well, a little tiny prick, because it relaxes you, because after talking everything about you and your life, I see you as a whole.

I not only take care of your pain, I treat the cause of your pain.

So in just a few sessions, sometimes just in one, your symptoms will stop bothering you.

I am going to make you think and create new connections in relation to your pain. You are a whole and everything is interconnected. If you are open to it, I will suggest changes and give you homework in order to help you heal faster.

  • With me people speak freely about everything, I never judge you about anything, Im here to help you. I am quite direct, compassionate and I truly care about you. Im going to make you think and probably, if you are open to it, I will recommend you some things you can do, to improve your situation.
  • After speaking the necessary about you (the first session is longer because I need to make the diagnosis of your case), you lay down in the treatment bed with relaxing music, with the needles on for 20 minutes and...happy flight!
  • Chances are you will fall asleep, diving in Alpha waves, which will facilitate your healing and relaxation.

The ideal is to come to sessions to prevent diseases and pain. The emperor in China used to get treated like this and if he would fall ill, goodbye head of the Acupuncturist! I still have my head!

You can come to maintain your good health, as well as when something is painful. Both cases are good. At the beginning more sessions are needed, after a while, the need for sessions is less consecutive.

First session (90min): 90€

Follow-up session (60min): 70€/session

The first session is estimated to be up to 90 minutes, it includes diagnosis and treatment

The follow-up sessions have a duration of 60 minutes.

TUI-NA
& Swedish Massage

If you like to pamper and take care of yourself with massages, you are in the right place and in good hands

I do two types of massage, one is on top of the clothes, its called TUI-NA, it is strong and is part of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the other one is Swedish Massage, this one is with oil on your skin.

  • If you are not into oils and you like to feel strong pressure in order to relax your body I recommend you to try TUI-NA.
  • If you enjoy more a soothing massage with oil that can also be strong, I recommend you the Swedish Massage.

The massage will help you alleviate and mitigate your pain, to be more calm, to have more patience, to respond instead of react, and it will also help you think more clearly among other things.

Why is that? Because its going to relax you and help you be at peace with yourself, aligned with your body and in harmony with your thoughts. By the end of it you will feel as light as a feather and you will have a smile from ear to ear.

Your family and colleagues will also thank the change because your temper will improve and with it your relationships.

Everything is connected. If you feel relaxed and happy, your life will improve, its a fact.

You may come once a week, twice a month to maintain the ease or come as you feel the need for it.

Bach Flower Remedies

Online & face to face sessions

They are diluted flower essences that I combine according to your needs. They improve your life physically as well as emotionally, treats the Psychic emotional.

Personally, in my clinic, I use the BACH FLOWER REMEDIES along with other therapies, even though we can do them in individual sessions as well.

To me they offer an added value to your healing process. It boosts and speeds up your wellbeing towards a faster and deeper recovery.

  • In face to face sessions, I prepare them for you in a small glass bottle that you will take home to ingest daily. The drops don´t have bad flavour.
  • For online sessions, I will write down for you the essences you need so that a pharmacy, normally a homeopathic one can prepare for you. que una farmacia, normalmente homeopática, podrá prepararte.

Symptoms that can be treated: addictions, hormonal imbalances, people that live stuck in the past, sadness, fears, depression, tiredness, anxiety, lack of motivation and drive, poor self esteem, guilt, rigidity, anger, lack of patience, insecurities, stress, people that doubt constantly, codependency, lack of clarity...etc.

To be fair there are no symptoms that BACH FLOWER REMEDIES cannot help with. With Bach Flower Remedies we start treating the symptoms until we get to the root of the problem. Its a process that goes layer by layer.

Because they are natural remedies, it takes a bit longer to work than if they were chemicals. Several bottles are needed but it works wonders!

Reflexology

Reflexology is a very relaxing massage on the soles of your feet. You will relax so much that your mind will float in Alpha waves, reseting and balancing your body.

Our whole body is reflected in the soles of the feet, so by doing pressure and massaging specific spots, it will affect and improve your different systems towards healing and recovery.

Reflexology promotes your physical, mental and emotional regulation.

It is a soft and relaxing massage (if you like very strong massages on your feet I recommend you find a different Reflexologist). Laying down with soothing music in the background, I will massage your feet, individually and simultaneously, about 20 minutes on each foot.

If you need to lower your cortisol/ stress levels, pamper yourself, balance o reset your body, I recommend you Reflexology. Its similar to being in paradise!

Reflexology helps improve your quality of life, as well as helps you recover after any operation or treatment.

I worked as a Reflexologist  in the public sector, in dental practices soothing patients during their procedures, as well as in hospitals helping children with cancer recover and heal after the effects of chemotherapy.
